Urban landscapes scream “connection.” Gathering spaces, homes, telephone lines, even uncovered pipes, it’s all about supporting a community. Most of my landscapes are of my current home, New Orleans. Here you find traces of Cuba, East Africa, France, and Spain. While the locations may be iconic the paintings are about the everyday moments that connect us all.

When staying in a high-rise in San Jose, Costa Rica, I looked out my balcony to see a small dachshund chasing his dad back and forth as he swam laps. Just looking at this scene brings me peace.
