Results: The PDF was interactive form-fill for easy digital submission and records-keeping but also usable when printed for easy clipboard assessment and 3-ring binder storage. Visual and verbal narrative was lock-step with overarching USB storytelling with highlight images and quotes from leadership to add personal narrative.
