Methods: Starting with an introduction into Cyber Security, I worked into +7 business units to integrate systems, communicate changes, train people to new processes, and identify ways for people to grow their roles.

Communications to rally teams, communicate good work to leadership, and prepare teams for the next phases of integration
Results: Grew account from $20,000 to $2.5M in what came to be known as, “The Kate Citrin Factor.” My creative strategy, communications, and leadership coaching were regularly cited in Takeda meetings, growing our account quickly through word-of-mouth. To maximize visibility, I designed infographics for each team at the close of any project. These infographics told an inspirational story to leadership, rallied teams around their success, and also to extended my company’s reach with an easy-to-purchase deliverable.
